Reporting Timeframe and Requirements
Buyers must notify TshirtPlain.in of any product non-conformity, damage, quality defect, sizing discrepancy, or shortage within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. Notifications must be submitted in writing via email to our designated claims address and must include: complete order number and invoice reference, specific SKU/batch details and quantities affected, clear nature of the issue with detailed description, high-resolution supporting photographs showing the defect or problem from multiple angles, and affected quantity versus total order quantity. Buyers should preserve the affected consignment in its received condition and retain original packaging materials for potential inspection. Claims submitted after the seven-day window may be declined unless exceptional circumstances are demonstrated and accepted by management.
Evaluation Process and Resolution Options
Upon receipt of a valid claim, TshirtPlain.in will promptly inspect and evaluate the issue to assess its validity, determine root cause, and verify against quality standards. Our quality team may request additional information, samples, or arrange for physical inspection if deemed necessary. Resolution options offered will be appropriate to the nature and severity of the issue and may include:
● Replacement Shipment: For proven manufacturing defects, quality failures, or specification non-compliance that significantly affect the usability or saleability of the goods. Replacement shipments will be expedited to minimize business disruption.
● Partial Credit or Invoice Adjustment: For minor discrepancies, slight color variations within acceptable tolerance, or issues that do not materially impact the production viability or commercial value of the goods. Credit amount will be proportional to the impact.
● Full Refund: If the supplied batch is proven to be completely unusable for its intended purpose due to major quality failures or specification deviations, subject to return of the affected materials and verification of the claim. Refund will include the product cost and may include return freight costs if the fault is attributable to TshirtPlain.in
Return Logistics and Authorization
All returns require prior written authorization from TshirtPlain.in. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed. Upon claim approval, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number which must be clearly marked on all return packages for tracking and processing purposes. Return logistics costs will be borne by TshirtPlain.in if the fault is attributable to manufacturing defects, quality failures, or our shipping errors. If damage or issues arose from buyer mishandling post-delivery, improper storage, incorrect usage, or other factors outside our control, return freight responsibility rests with the buyer. Returned goods must be in their original condition with all packaging, labels, and documentation intact.
Refund Timelines and Reconciliation
Approved refunds will be processed within specified reconciliation periods, typically 7-14 business days from the date of claim approval and receipt of returned goods (if applicable). Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as agreed credit notes that can be applied against future orders. The exact timing depends on banking procedures, payment gateway processing times, and reconciliation requirements. Detailed reconciliation documentation explaining the refund calculation, deductions if any, and processing timeline will be provided to the buyer for transparency and record-keeping purposes.

We enforce comprehensive pre-shipment quality checks and offer sample verification programs to significantly reduce the incidence of claims and ensure customer satisfaction. We systematically document all claim patterns and analyze trends to identify any systemic issues requiring corrective action with our manufacturing partners or quality control processes. Repeated unsubstantiated claims or abuse of the returns process may result in modification of commercial terms, additional inspection requirements, or, in extreme cases, suspension of business privileges to protect our operational integrity and ensure fair treatment of all partners.
